HRDK Connect is a customer application published by HRDK JEWEL CRAFT LIMITED (CIN U36911RJ2013PLC042852), E-229, Marudhar Industrial Area, Basni 2nd Phase, Jodhpur, Rajasthan 342005, India. It gives our existing trade customers read-only access to their own account with us: invoices, ledger, payments, outstanding balances and statements.
The app is for existing customers of HRDK Jewel Craft. It is not open to the general public, and you cannot create an account in it unless your business is already on our books.

We do not collect your location, your contacts, your photos, your files, or anything from other apps. There is no advertising in HRDK Connect, no advertising identifier, and no analytics or tracking software.
HRDK Connect will never ask you for a bank account number, card details, a UPI PIN, or any password for another service. The app cannot move money and has no payment function. If anything claiming to be HRDK Connect asks you for those, it is not us — please tell us.
We do not use your information to build a profile of you, and we do not make automated decisions about you.
We process your information under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We rely on the consent you give when you sign in with your mobile number, and on the legitimate need to service the customer account your business already holds with us. Your trading records exist independently of the app, because we are required by law to keep books of account. You may withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account, as described below.
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising. It reaches these service providers only so the app can work:
Because of the above, some of your information is stored or processed outside India. We also disclose information where the law requires it.
Your trading records are our books of account and are kept for as long as Indian law requires us to keep them, regardless of whether you use the app. Sign-in codes expire within minutes. Security and audit records are kept so that access to financial data remains traceable; after an account is deleted these no longer identify you.
You can delete your account from inside the app: Profile → Delete account. We send a confirmation code to your mobile number first, because deletion cannot be undone.
Deleting your account permanently removes your login, your name and mobile number, your devices and notification tokens, your support messages and your access to your account data. Your invoices, ledger and payment history remain in our accounting records — those are our statutory books, not app data, and deleting an app login does not and cannot erase a trading history.

No system is perfectly secure, but we treat access to customer financial data as the thing most worth protecting here. If we become aware of a breach that affects your personal information, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.
HRDK Connect is a business application for our trade customers. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact below. We may need to verify your identity before acting, since the data concerns a financial account.
If you have a complaint about how we handle your information, write to our Grievance Officer at it@hrdk.in with "Grievance" in the subject line, or by post to the address below. We aim to acknowledge within 7 days and resolve within 30. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from it is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we handle your information, we will tell you in the app.
